We have some very happy news!
An update - Our boys arrived 11 weeks early

Our babies are monozygotic and originated from just one fertilised egg, so they will be identical.
These types of twins are known as "monochorionic diamniotic" (mono-di or mc/da) which means that they share a placenta but have their own amniotic sacs.
